Located into the quaint town of Hayden, Colorado, we were tasked with fitting a large program onto a small footprint to maximize daylight and exterior space for the whole family to enjoy. This 4 bed / 4 bath design is a great example of efficient architecture. A simple volume is divided to achieve maximum privacy between public and private spaces. Exterior and interior stone accents ground the building and highlight the client's personal masonry skills. This simple design is built to emphasize the natural beauty of the Yampa Valley.
