The City of Livingston, in coordination with CV Studio, is looking for suggestions and ideas from the community for how Reservoir Park can be utilized. Through an online, map-based survey, participants can provide suggestions for the future of Reservoir Park. The survey is anonymous and open to everyone in the community. This survey will be used to guide discussions during the upcoming planning workshops. Participate in the survey here!
Planning workshops
Our workshops are designed to gather community input and foster collaborative discussions. Each workshop will bring stakeholders together to analyze the results from the survey and negotiate a proposed solution that accurately represents the community of Livingston. The results from these workshops will be a series of maps and diagrams which will guide future planning efforts for the Reservoir Park. Workshops will be held at convenient times and locations to accommodate as many participants as possible. Check the schedule below and mark your calendar:

Behind the project
This project is hosted by the City of Livingston and CV Studio, with a mission to update and improve Reservoir Park. Located on the North side of Livingston, Reservoir Park is a 5.5-acre parcel currently used as an informal park and open space. Surrounded by residential neighborhoods and important city infrastructure, this park has the potential to become a cornerstone of the Livingston community. The city is committed to engaging residents in proactive planning strategies to ensure that the park's redevelopment benefits everyone in Livingston. To facilitate this approach, a participatory method known as Geodesign will be used. This is a collaborative tool for the structured discussion of spatial planning and city policies.
